Who handles your enquiry?
Newton Revenue enquiries are handled by Newton Strategic Holdings Ltd (UK company number 17330041). Contact us at newtonrevenue@gmail.com for privacy questions or a request to access or delete your information.
What we collect and why
When you submit our form, we receive your name, business, work email and the task you describe. We use it solely to assess and respond to your request, based on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. We do not use this form to subscribe you to a marketing list. Do not submit special-category or confidential third-party data.
Storage, sharing and retention
The initial submission is stored in our configured Cloudflare infrastructure for up to 30 days. Only authorised staff should be able to retrieve it. We do not sell submitted contact details. Providers supporting our website and email may process the data according to their terms. If you become a customer, different contract and record-retention terms may apply and will be explained separately.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, or object to processing where the law provides that right. Contact newtonrevenue@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not intentionally set marketing cookies or load advertising trackers. Standard website-security and access logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
